Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping times

In-stock orders usually leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Pre-orders: honest ship dates

Some products are offered as pre-orders. Each pre-order page clearly shows the estimated ship window (for example, "Ships in 3–4 weeks"). If anything changes, we'll email you right away with an updated date — and you can cancel for a full refund at any time before it ships.

If we can't fulfill your order for any reason, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method. No hoops.

30-day happiness guarantee

If you're not saying "oh nice" within 30 days of delivery, email hello@ohniceco.com and we'll make it right with a full refund. For most items you don't even need to send it back — we'll let you know if a return is needed, and we'll cover return shipping if it is.

Damaged or wrong items

Send us a photo within 30 days and we'll ship a replacement or refund you — your choice.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
